The Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) is pleased to announce improvements regarding search committee training effective April 1, 2023.

As you are aware, currently college/department HRBCs must send an email to the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) to request that search committee members be registered for mandatory search training.  While the registration process generally may take a day or two, the learner must wait for an emailed access link from the third-party vendor, Vector Solutions.

Using feedback from faculty and staff who completed the current training program, a team of individuals from different areas across the university worked to improve this process by providing access to the training course via Workday Learning.
