HR kNEXT is pleased to announce the development of the HRBC Report Guide which contains a summary of Workday Reports that HR Business Center (HRBC) employees will need to access and run to monitor the accuracy of dates in Workday. This guide lists each report and provides helpful information regarding the specific report. The guide is available in Workday and accessible via this knowledge article as well.
Please note that the following reports have been added as of April 4:
- UCF Review Requests- Foreign Influence- the report allows HRBCs to view the status of Foreign Influence Screenings, including whether a particular individual has been approved through the screening process.
- UCF Period Activity Pay Outstanding Signatures-this report will provide you information related to adjuncts and/or summer faculty who have not signed their employment agreement.
- UCF Existing Faculty Employment Agreement Outstanding Signature Audit -this report will provide you with information about faculty hires who have not signed their employment agreement.
