UCF is pleased to provide all interested employees with the opportunity to test and provide user satisfaction feedback prior to launching a new Workday application called Workday Assistant! Workday Assistant is a conversational chatbot that helps workers to quickly complete actions and retrieve information in Workday that is available on desktop and the Workday mobile application.

This User Acceptance Training (UAT) event will run for three-weeks from July 24 – August 11, during which participants will have the opportunity to access the chatbot in a separate Workday test environment anytime at their own pace. All participants who have completed testing will receive credit on their Workday Learning transcript.
