Effective 9/22/2025, the Financial Affairs team is pleased to announce the following enhancements to the UCF Find Budget Amendment Lines report. This report is used to capture budget amendment line level details. The report updates are as follows:
- Prompts to distinguish between original budget vs amendments
- Ledger Account Type default prompt now includes “Transfer Out”
- New fields:
- Budget Entry Superclass – unique identifier for the budget transaction
- Budget amendment initiator– who initiated the budget. NOTE: A blank value indicates the budget originated from Adaptive
- Entry type– budget entry line type
- Is original– true if the budget entry line is an original entry from Adaptive
- Is amendment– true if the budget entry line is for an amendment
