The UCF Workday team completed Workday’s semiannual system release on Saturday, March 14. Workday releases two system updates annually in March and September. Updates may impact specific groups within UCF or the entire UCF community.

System updates, also called system releases, install modifications within Workday to provide enhanced system functionality.
What to Expect?
For our March system release, the UCF user community will notice updates in these areas:

- Category and Menu Crosswalk
- New Workday Layout
- Payment Election Update
- New Charts Available for Reporting
- Workday Mobile
- Knowledge Article Update
The Workday System Release Guide provides an overview of the upcoming enhancements. Workday users are encouraged to review the guide to stay current to the upcoming changes to the system. Note: Notice of system enhancements that impact business centers, central offices and specific user groups will be provided in separate, targeted communications.
