It’s our first fiscal year end since Workday Go-Live and it’s time to close the books!
UCF’s fiscal year ends on June 30 and financial transactions in the Workday system will be impacted.
All finance business centers (FBCs) have been provided a Fiscal Year-End (FYE) Closing Schedule to help guide users on these deadlines. Over the next couple of weeks, important deadlines that may relate to the submissions of expense reports, punchouts, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, etc. will be communicated by your business center. It is important that all transactions are processed by the required deadlines to ensure payment from the current fiscal year funds.
Where to find your FBC? FBC staff are located within your college or division. They support employees with transactional inquiries related to finance, post-award research support and select other functions. Please refer to the Business Center Directory to contact your finance business center regarding any questions or concerns.
